She's been a designer for over 20 years now, consults on an hourly basis so you can obtain just the information you need, and also gives away her trade discounts -- saving her clients 10% - 40% on things they were planning to buy anyway.  Sam also offers realistic 3D scale renderings of any changes you might be considering for a home you're buying -- that way you easily SEE potential changes before you begin any costly remodeling, etc. Great service all the way around...
